You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, or interfere with how it works.
• Upload harmful code, or use the site for hacking, piracy or any unlawful purpose.
• Use the site to contact a child, or try to identify a child shown on it.

3Photos and content

Text, photos and logos on this site belong to Ebenezer Happy Home or are used with permission. Photos of children are shared with written consent for use on this site only. You may not copy, share or reuse any image of a child.

4Sponsorship

A sponsorship begins only when EHH confirms it with you by email. All contact with a sponsored child happens through EHH. EHH may end or change a sponsorship where needed to protect a child.

5Donations

Donations are processed by our payment providers. A gift is only confirmed once the provider confirms the payment. Details of how gifts are used are given on our Donate page.

6Events and mission visits

Registering for an event or mission does not guarantee a place until EHH confirms it. Every volunteer and mission team member must complete EHH's safeguarding checks and follow our Code of Conduct during their visit.

7Links to other websites

Our site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8Limitation of liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, EHH is not liable for any loss arising from use of the website.
